Cohere is seeking a Remote Data Annotation Specialist to enhance AI model performance through precise evaluation and feedback. This is a part-time, judgment-driven role requiring 16 hours a week.
As a vital contributor at Cohere, you will work closely with AI models, ensuring data quality and accuracy through your assessments. You will be part of a dynamic team in a remote setting, facing the challenges of annotating various datasets across text, images, and structured formats. Your input will play a significant role in the ongoing improvement of Large Language Models used in real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and rank model outputs for accuracy
- Stress-test models to document failures
- Create datasets by authoring high-quality prompts
- Apply grading rubrics for structured annotations
- Annotate and correct multimodal data
Requirements:
- 1+ years in data annotation or related role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and complex content
- Excellent command of written English
- Experience with annotation platforms and structured formats
