Coordinate facility repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety support for Legacy Co-op while working with contractors, managers, and internal customers.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and Asset & Protection Manager, this full-time position supports Legacy Co-op facilities and assets. The work includes Limble requests, contracted services, maintenance programs, legislation, and bylaws. It also supports renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange facility installation, repair, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate contracted services, timelines, and required repairs
- Document and prioritize preventive maintenance for all assets
- Respond to Limble work requests in a timely manner
- Support renovation project design and construction activities
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Valid Class 5 license maintained throughout employment
- Two years' facility or equipment maintenance administration experience
- Occupational Health and Safety, WHMIS, CPR, and First Aid credentials
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and scheduling abilities
Bring maintenance administration, contractor coordination, and safety experience to Legacy Co-op's facility and asset programs.
