Drive Ryder's dedicated Alliston to London route as an AZ Truck Driver with home-daily scheduling and drop-and-hook freight. Evening dispatch runs from 4pm to 8pm.
Ryder is immediately hiring AZ Truck Drivers in Alliston, Ontario. This full-time position offers consistent work, no-touch freight, and a dedicated route. Drivers load or unload freight when required, maintain records and logs, and follow applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. The role requires at least nine months of verifiable commercial driving experience and a valid Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the dedicated Alliston to London route
- Handle no-touch freight through drop-and-hook operations
- Maintain accurate driving records and logs
- Load or unload freight when customers require assistance
- Detect and minimize safety hazards during operations
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement
- Minimum nine months of verifiable commercial driving experience
- No more than one recent moving violation or accident
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
