Build a personality-led presence remotely through Instagram and TikTok strategy, content production, audience growth, and community management. This is a full-time opportunity.
As Social Media Manager, you will own organic social for both brands from the ground up. You will define positioning, voice, content pillars, and channel strategy. Your work will turn personality into recognizable, repeatable social content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch Instagram and TikTok profiles from zero
- Develop organic reach, engagement, and follower growth strategies
- Create viral concepts and social-first storytelling formats
- Manage research, scripting, calendars, approvals, and publishing
- Use analytics and audience insights to optimize performance
Requirements:
- Experience growing Instagram and TikTok from early stages
- Portfolio showing measurable results from high-performing content
- Understanding of algorithms, retention, discoverability, and engagement
- Strong creative strategy and social-first storytelling skills
- Ability to work PST hours
Bring end-to-end social management, creative direction, and analytics expertise to grow distinctive Instagram and TikTok audiences.
