Earn up to $1,487 per week as a 3rd Cook with Dexterra in Northern Manitoba. Enjoy a remote lifestyle with meals, private accommodations, and a 2 weeks on/1 week off schedule.
Dexterra Group is seeking a dependable 3rd Cook to join their culinary team in a remote camp environment. This role involves preparing various hot and cold menu items, ensuring high food safety standards, and maintaining a clean workspace. If you're committed to teamwork and client satisfaction, this position is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
- Prepare hot and cold food items including salads and sandwiches
- Complete HACCP and production logs for food safety
- Assist in cleaning duties and regular kitchen organization
- Transport and manage kitchen supplies efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience in large-scale cooking environments
- Food Safe certification preferred
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a 2 weeks on/1 week off rotation
