As a Loan Processor with Compeer Financial, you'll serve as the vital point of contact for clients throughout their loan journeys. This role requires entry-level experience in loan processing, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with Financial Officers and maintain comprehensive loan documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the loan lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client communications for loan processing
- Gather necessary pre-qualification information
- Prepare accurate loan documents from application to closing
- Monitor compliance with regulations and procedures
- Approve loan disbursements and maintain lien positions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Entry-level loan processing experience preferred
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of agriculture operations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
