Manulife is seeking a bilingual Disability Case Analyst/Case Manager to support plan members across Canada from a remote setting. The role blends clinical insight, analytical thinking and human connection to guide illness, injury and recovery, with a focus on return-to-work strategies and meaningful outcomes.
You'll assess medical, functional and psychosocial factors, communicate with plan sponsors and providers, and manage a dedicated caseload within SLAs.
