Hello World Recruitment is recruiting independent brokers for a fast-growing Toronto-based brokerage. This opportunity suits professionals with business development motivation, property and casualty brokerage experience, and a valid RIBO license. You will develop new business, tailor insurance solutions, manage client portfolios, and handle renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with insurance clients
- Identify opportunities for tailored insurance solutions
- Develop new business through client acquisition
- Analyze business risks across client portfolios
- Manage client renewals and ongoing service
Requirements:
- Three or more years in property and casualty brokerage
- Valid RIBO broker license is required
- Strong motivation for business development
- Motivation to acquire new business
- Ability to work independently
Use property and casualty expertise, risk analysis, and client service skills as an independent broker with full work freedom.
