Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily management of food service units
- Implement training programs for student employees
- Ensure effective staffing and skillset alignment
- Oversee food quality and reduce waste
- Manage supply orders and inventory control
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or similar
- Several years of relevant supervisory experience
- Expertise in cash control and cost management
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Valid driver's license required
