Help others glow as a Skin Care Coach at skoah's Broadway location. This unique retail position invites individuals with a passion for skin care to connect with and educate our guests.
As a Retail Associate—or Skin Care Coach—you'll be trained to guide customers in personalized skin care solutions. Experience is not necessary; our outstanding training ensures you're equipped to succeed. You'll work closely with guests to build rapport, help them on their skin care journey, and contribute to a supportive team environment led by our Skin Care Trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide guests through personalized skin care assessments
- Assist trainers with client appointments and services
- Develop ongoing relationships with customers
- Meet personal and collective performance goals
- Maintain a positive and inviting shop atmosphere
Requirements:
- Availability for full time 5 days or part time 3 days
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Strong communicative and problem-solving abilities
- Motivated to foster team spirit
- Interested in growing your career in skin care
