This position involves managing submissions, fostering collaboration with internal divisions, and maintaining a robust repository of executed contracts. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring timely responses while adhering to company standards for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Global Agreement Repository
- Manage drafting and implementation of pricing incentives
- Review and monitor submission processes and deadlines
- Assist with customer term reviews and pricing agreements
- Archive records of tender submissions accurately
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant comparable experience
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Contract experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to maintain professional interactions at all levels
