We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Lounge Floor Manager to oversee daily lounge operations. Your experience in food service and team leadership will inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service and food presentation. You'll manage food safety standards, POS systems, and inventory across shifts, fostering a vibrant space for patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily lounge operations, including timely food service
- Lead and motivate servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Oversee food preparation and maintain quality standards
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing
- Train staff to uphold service excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant management
- Proven leadership skills in team management
- Extensive food preparation and safety knowledge
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
