We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and share a genuine passion for retail and fashion. You will be responsible for maintaining high visual merchandising standards and assisting with daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service through personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately with the POS system
- Maintain store appearance through cleaning and organizing
- Stock inventory and manage stockroom organization
- Support daily operations and reports for the Store Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
