Fleet Canada is looking for a detail-oriented Methods Planner for aerospace manufacturing. In this full-time role, you'll analyze technical drawings and develop manufacturing procedures.
As a Methods Planner at Fleet Canada, you will support aerospace manufacturing planning and process development. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing planning and familiarity with aerospace specifications. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions such as Engineering, Production, and Quality are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze aerospace drawings and technical documents
- Prepare manufacturing planning for parts and assemblies
- Develop manufacturing procedures and work instructions
- Estimate costs for assembly and fabrication processes
- Support MRP system activities including planning and document control
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years in methods planning or aerospace manufacturing
- Proficient in reading and interpreting aerospace prints
- Knowledge of MRP systems and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering qualification is an asset
