Lead customer service and sales performance as a hands-on Store Manager in Victoria, British Columbia, developing a close-knit retail team.
This established apparel retailer seeks a proven Store Manager with one to two years of experience. You will coach associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive results through consultative selling. The role supports career growth through experienced Regional Manager leadership and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop full-time and part-time associates
- Drive sales, KPIs, loyalty engagement, and store targets
- Deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships
- Oversee operations, scheduling, presentation, and visual merchandising
- Partner with the Regional Manager on business objectives
Requirements:
- One to two years of proven Store Manager experience
- Apparel or specialty retail experience ideally
- Customer service, consultative selling, and sales-driven retail background
- Ability to motivate teams and achieve sales targets
- Saturday and evening closing shift availability
