Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on client accounts and past-due invoices
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues
- Communicate directly with clients to secure payments
- Review aging reports and prioritize collection activities
- Track commitments and maintain accurate collection records
Requirements:
- 3+ years in accounts receivable or collections
- Strong understanding of collections processes
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, or similar tools
