Franvest Capital Partners seeks a recent graduate or experienced candidate for this broad business transformation role. You will analyze KPIs, prepare dashboards, and support budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses. The work combines reporting with hands-on studio implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor membership, sales, retention, labour, occupancy, and EBITDA KPIs
- Prepare dashboards, operating reviews, and management presentations
- Visit studios and identify workflow and member experience improvements
- Implement process improvements with studio teams and assess results
- Coordinate initiatives across finance, operations, marketing, HR, and technology
Requirements:
- University degree in business or related discipline
- Strong quantitative reasoning and working Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and writing skills with attention to detail
- Comfort working with studio managers and frontline staff
Build broad transformation experience through financial analysis, studio operations, technology, and practical implementation at Franvest.
