Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of team leaders and employees
- Ensure efficient material handling and inspection

- Manage quality control and product shipment processes
- Lead shift meetings and employee development initiatives
Requirements:
- Secondary school completion is mandatory
- 2–3 years of experience in metal manufacturing
- Leadership experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of WHMIS and safety regulations
- Basic MS Word and Excel skills required
