In this position, you will support the creation of next-generation Electronic Warfare Operational Support Systems. The role emphasizes Agile practices and the need for strong technical expertise. You will also mentor junior developers while contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead collaborative software development efforts
- Gather software requirements from specialists
- Provide mentorship to junior team members
- Write and integrate software source code
- Maintain oversight on project status and deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline
- At least three years in software development
- Knowledge of distributed software architecture
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Eligible for Government of Canada Security Clearance
