In this role, you will utilize your extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions to influence enterprise application success. Your background in developing Business Design Documents and Functional Design Documents will be key, alongside your ability to create application flows and business rules. You'll work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementations for both Adobe AEM and Siebel systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design functional and technical solutions for enterprise applications
- Create Business Design and Functional Design Documents
- Develop application flows, use cases, and business rules
- Conduct user research and usability testing for UX/UI design
- Implement change management and create QA plans
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM experience
- Strong knowledge of wireframes and prototypes
- Hands-on with Figma/Adobe XD and WCAG compliance
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with risk identification and enterprise application design
