Lead hands-on projects with Destinations Seniors Downsizing in Calgary, Alberta. This part-time role requires a blend of on-site leadership and physical engagement in downsizing and moving work.
As a Project Lead, you will be approximately 75% involved in physical tasks such as packing and organizing while dedicating 25% to leadership responsibilities. You will guide the team, maintain workflow, and ensure project success while being directly involved with clients and their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main on-site contact during projects
- Mentor and guide your team on daily tasks
- Communicate progress and adjustments to the Owner
- Help resolve issues that arise during projects
- Act as a liaison for clients and team members
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in moving and service work
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Capable of lifting and managing items up to 30 lbs
- Valid license and dependable transportation
- Adaptable in a physically demanding role
