Lead cleaning teams across varied work locations using scheduling, inspection, and strong staff coordination skills. Frequent or constant travel is required.
This Cleaning Services Supervisor works for a cleaning service company and supervises three to four people. The position includes hiring, training, coordinating workers, inspecting facilities, and assisting cleaners. It also requires recommending or arranging additional services, including painting, repairs, renovations, or furnishing and equipment replacement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and train cleaning staff or arrange training
- Supervise and coordinate activities for three to four workers
- Inspect sites for safety and cleanliness standards
- Establish schedules and assist cleaners with duties
- Arrange additional painting, repair, renovation, or replacement services
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Two years to less than three years of experience
- English language proficiency
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and excellent oral communication
