In this role with easyfinancial, you will foster customer relationships to understand their needs and promote suitable financial products. Your empathetic approach will empower Canadians to break financial barriers, while your sales skills will capitalize on cross-selling opportunities. Attention to detail is critical as you manage collections and fulfill customer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in person and online
- Match customer needs with appropriate financial solutions
- Educate customers on building their credit
- Drive cross-sales for financial products
- Manage collections for overdue accounts
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in customer-facing roles
- Proven experience in sales and negotiation
- Financial motivation in a competitive setting
- Pass background checks and eligibility criteria
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
