GDI is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Cleaner to uphold the cleanliness of our facilities. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks crucial for maintaining high standards of hygiene and appearance.
As a valued team member, you'll work full-time from Monday to Friday, focusing on cleaning hard floors, vacuuming carpets, and maintaining washrooms. Your duties include operating cleaning equipment and ensuring all areas are spotless. You'll contribute to a culture of safety, inclusion, and communication within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain hard floors and carpets
- Wash and disinfect washroom and kitchen facilities
- Operate cleaning machinery and attend to regular maintenance
- Spot clean vertical surfaces and monitor discrepancies
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efficiently
Requirements:
- Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with dedication to service quality
- Previous experience with cleaning tools and equipment
- Strong physical stamina and reliable transportation
- Willing to undergo a Criminal Record Check
