Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to your assigned clients
  • Negotiate and finalize contract renewals or changes
  • Engage with insurers for marketing and negotiations
  • Prepare and manage client invoices efficiently
  • Confirm that all contracts follow the established negotiation terms

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years in commercial damage insurance
  • Valid license in business damage insurance
  • DEC or AEC in insurance/financial services is an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English) proficiency
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and preferably TAM
