You will play a crucial part in developing business strategies that align with AEO's core values and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity
- Coach and motivate team members on customer service standards
- Recruit and hire talent to meet business needs
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Maintain visual standards and ensure guest-ready fitting rooms
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Familiarity with employment law and team development
- Passion for Aerie and AE products
- Flexible availability to accommodate guest shopping hours
