In this role, you will engage with customers and vendors, utilizing a computerized automotive parts system. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in-person and by phone
- Source and order automotive parts from authorized suppliers
- Process returns, warranties, and related transactions
- Recommend additional products for customer needs
- Test and fill batteries, starters, and alternators
Requirements:
- No prior experience needed; training provided
- Strong willingness to work various shifts
- Ability to handle physical activities with lifting
- Strong computer skills and problem-solving abilities
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
