Drive impactful engineering solutions at AtkinsRéalis as an Information Management System Admin Support Specialist. This full-time role is vital for supporting Hexagon SDx and Smart Foundation administration.
In this position, you will focus on User and Project support, ensuring the operational health of SPF/SDx systems. Your responsibilities include configuring workflows, maintaining data integration, and collaborating on software upgrades. With your problem-solving mindset, you'll help streamline processes and bolster project outcomes through user training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage SPF/SDx applications and backups
- Configure, test, and deploy system environments
- Support software lifecycle and manage ticket resolutions
- Maintain data integrity between design tools and software
- Provide training and enhance user support initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in an engineering applications field
- Extensive hands-on experience with SPF and related tools
- Strong SDx configuration knowledge and user management
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Effective communication and organizational skills
