Lead beauty sales at Shoppers Drug Mart in West Kelowna, using sales tracking tools and customer service expertise to achieve targets.
This full-time Beauty Manager manages department resources and supports sales performance at 525 Highway 97 S. The position requires cosmetic experience, sales success, communication skills, and previous team leadership. You will coach staff, develop selling techniques, and help customers discover products while promoting PC Optimum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
- Sell to customers and coach staff in selling skills
- Develop techniques that maximize beauty department sales
- Monitor customer service survey results and objectives
- Book appointments and manage annual event schedules
Requirements:
- Sales experience with proven achievement of sales goals
- Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
- Previous experience leading a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, judgment, and decision-making abilities
