Manage Toptech loading operations and tanker access as a Loading Rack Attendant with Valero Energy Inc. in a rotating schedule.
This position handles administrative activities supporting loading rack access and operations management. You will coordinate loading-position status, issue loading cards, verify training, and support terminal operators. The work requires office experience, computer knowledge, communication skills, and daily English exchanges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange Toptech access for users at loading racks
- Follow up on loading-position openings and closings
- Issue loading cards and verify driver training
- Update customer accounts and product information
- Reconcile sold and end-of-day volumes
Requirements:
- College studies diploma or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of relevant office experience
- Very good English for daily workplace exchanges
- Good knowledge of Microsoft computer systems
- Availability for rotating twelve-hour day and night shifts
