As a key player at VC3, you will manage client relationships while leading technical service implementations. Partner with internal teams to identify and address client needs, ensuring a seamless service experience. With a dedication to growing client satisfaction, you will conduct meetings, prepare reports and advocate for client success throughout all technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings on system performance and projects
- Prepare reports for clients on service metrics
- Measure client satisfaction and expectations
- Identify churn risks and develop solutions
- Advocate for clients in daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience
- Strong skills in relationship building and data analysis
- Degree or diploma in a related field preferred
- Experience with municipal clients a strong asset
- Knowledge of ITIL standards is preferred
