Remote Collections Officers use DRS, negotiation, and customer service skills to resolve outstanding balances from a professional home workspace.
At National Credit Recovery Inc (NCRi), this position contacts past-due customers and works toward timely payment resolutions. You will discuss balances, negotiate arrangements, educate clients about payment solutions, and document account activity. The role also requires regulatory compliance and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact past-due customers by phone, email, or written communication
- Negotiate payment arrangements and explain available payment solutions
- Update customer accounts and document calls and agreements
- Handle objections while following policies and regulatory standards
- Meet individual collection targets and support department performance
Requirements:
- At least one year of third-party collections experience
- At least one year of call center experience
- Hands-on experience with DRS
- English and bilingual verbal and written communication skills
- Home workspace, wired Ethernet, and required internet speeds
