As an adidas Retail Store Associate, you will serve and sell while living Brand Values. You will build customer relationships, reinforce the adidas experience, and support a consumer-centric store culture. The role combines customer service, product learning, returns handling, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use the adidas customer service model to exceed expectations
- Build customer loyalty through enthusiastic Brand ambassadorship
- Learn core and seasonal products within assigned store zones
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges when required
- Support teammates and collaborate respectfully toward store goals
Requirements:
- One to two years of retail experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and English proficiency
Use customer service, communication, product knowledge, and teamwork to strengthen the adidas Brand experience at Cross Iron.
