This permanent position supports a team of helicopter engine specialists in a renovated overhaul shop. You will disassemble, inspect, repair, and assemble gas turbine engines using technical documentation, schematics, and precision tools. The work also includes preparing engines for sign-off and release while contributing to shop cleanliness, safety, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 helicopter engines
- Inspect components using precision measuring tools and schematics
- Repair, overhaul, and reassemble engines to required standards
- Prepare engines for final sign-off and release
- Record work performed and time spent accurately
Requirements:
- Aircraft maintenance diploma or equivalent education
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to obtain Controlled Goods clearance
- Reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Capability to follow safety protocols and technical manuals
