As the Bilingual Disability Case Manager at Manion, you will process and adjudicate disability claims, resolve client concerns, and maintain meticulous record-keeping. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and adjudicate short- and long-term disability claims
- Conduct telephone interviews to gather crucial claimant information
- Maintain detailed documentation while ensuring confidentiality
- Adhere to turnaround times for claims adjudication
- Build strong relationships with unions and employers
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in Health Sciences or related field
- 4 years of disability or case management experience
- Industry designations considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic approach to client interaction
