In this full-time role, you will employ advanced financial modeling, valuation techniques, and participate in M&A transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models
- Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies
- Help prepare client pitches and management presentations
- Source, organize, and interpret financial data
- Conduct due diligence for M&A and financing transactions
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in finance or related field
- Up to two years of relevant experience encouraged
- Strong Excel modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
