Northern Health is seeking a registered Social Worker to join the Specialized Services team, focused on youth and families in community settings. You will provide mental health and substance use treatment and supports in street-based, school, and community contexts.
Under supervision, you will conduct assessments, deliver early interventions, coordinate referrals, and apply Harm Reduction in collaboration with partner services to promote safer outcomes for youth in the community.
