As a Retail Supervisor, you provide leadership and direction to diverse associate-level team members within an assigned area. You oversee daily work, store procedures, and department operations while supporting the company mission of connecting active people with their passions. The position emphasizes professional behavior, teamwork, communication, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff
- Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members
- Supervise assigned department operations and profitability
- Collaborate on policies, procedures, and standards
- Resolve problems while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
- Two to five years of position or specialization experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Operate POS and in-store computerized systems
- Communicate effectively with teams and consumers
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule
