Support RBC clients through complex Credit Management and Recoveries transactions in Montréal. Apply product knowledge, resolve issues, and balance customer care with debt payment.
As a National Operations Support Agent, you will service assigned accounts and incoming partner work. The position emphasizes professional customer communication, risk mitigation, and first-contact resolution. Success requires familiarity with banking systems, strong organization, and efficient multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service fax, email, and telephone requests responsively
- Process assigned accounts according to established recovery guidelines
- Obtain customer information through professional communications
- Balance quality customer care with debt payment requirements
- Share best practices and propose efficiency improvements
Requirements:
- English and French required for RBC partners and employees
- Knowledge of Credit Management and Recoveries processes
- Familiarity with key referral sources
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with clients
- Personal and card banking knowledge is an asset
