Cut and install drywall sheets while applying joint compound and finishing walls and ceilings in a full-time construction position. Experience is an asset, with training available.
The company is seeking Drywallers or Drywall Laborers for immediate full-time employment. This construction work includes installing drywall, leveling surfaces, filling imperfections, sanding seams, and finishing corners. Applicants should bring basic hand tools, a valid driver's license, and a driver's abstract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut and install drywall sheets on walls and ceilings
- Apply leveling and smoothing coats of joint compound
- Fill holes, nail indents, and cracks
- Sand seams and joints for smooth surfaces
- Finish corners, angles, walls, and ceilings
Requirements:
- Drywall experience is an asset
- Willingness to receive training
- Valid driver's license and driver's abstract
- Basic hand tools
- Ability to work as a team player
