As part of the MacLeod Group Health Services Limited, you will contribute to a supportive environment focused on community and well-being. This position is available for both new and experienced CCAs, providing mentorship and training as well as a chance to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on, compassionate care for residents
- Support the dignity and comfort of elderly individuals
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents
- Participate in ongoing education and training sessions
- Uphold health and safety protocols diligently
Requirements:
- Valid CCA Certification with Medication Administration Certificate
- Positive personality and strong teamwork skills
- Commitment to excellence in senior care
- Clear vulnerable sector and criminal record check
- Enrolled in LPN or related healthcare programs encouraged to apply
