Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Manager with daily operations and staff supervision
- Train, coach, and develop employees for success
- Provide exceptional customer service and address escalated issues
- Perform cash management and store opening/closing tasks
- Ensure adherence to policies and maintain visual merchandising
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of retail experience
- Two years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Open availability for shifts including weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
