Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure care aligns with established resident plans
- Document care information accurately and timely
- Attend meetings and in-service training sessions
- Support the onboarding of new staff members
- Enforce Infection Prevention and Control standards
Requirements:
- Completion of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma
- Meet vocational qualifications by regulatory standards
- Knowledge of geriatric care protocols and hygiene
- Understanding of bedside care techniques
- Compassionate mindset towards resident needs
