Coordinate heavy civil construction projects in the Fredericton Region using project management, cost tracking, and construction survey skills.
Philson Ltd seeks a Project Coordinator supporting Field Supervisors, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Site Foremen. The work spans site development, road building, underground utilities, and water/wastewater treatment. Projects typically range from $500,000 to $30,000,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update project management packages
- Monitor cost tracking using Trimble B2W Track
- Complete construction layout and as-built drawings
- Conduct surveys, takeoffs, and three-dimensional volume calculations
- Assist billing, cost analysis, and on-site quality control
Requirements:
- CET, P.Tech designation or diploma, or EIT preferred
- At least two years civil construction or engineering experience
- Experience with construction surveying and layout
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word experience
- Topcon GPS equipment experience considered an asset
