This internship role is perfect for a current student interested in HR, data analytics, or business. You will work alongside talented teams on analytics projects, building dashboards, and supporting HR functions. Your contributions will help advance data-driven decisions within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for HR insights
- Collaborate with teams on standardized HR metrics
- Build and optimize data models in SAP SuccessFactors
- Automate processes using Power Apps and workflows
- Conduct data validation and quality audits
Requirements:
- Current Canadian post-secondary student in HR or Data Analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI fundamentals
- Experience in data cleaning and validation processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills in PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ad-hoc reporting tools
