Control moving operations from a 6:30 AM start in Edmonton, coordinating crews, trucks, schedules, customer calls, and real-time solutions.
Last Stop Moving needs an operations control professional to run daily execution across moving jobs. You will assign crews and trucks, track field activity, manage payments, and keep jobs progressing. The work also includes long-distance moves, warehouse preparation, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build daily schedules and assign crews and trucks
- Track crews, handle calls, and solve real-time problems
- Close jobs and collect payment before crews leave
- Maintain clean, compliant, ready trucks
- Manage inventory, equipment, materials, and warehouse preparation
Requirements:
- Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable handling pressure
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Reliable transportation to the south-side Edmonton office
- Full driver's licence and clean driving record
- Dispatch, logistics, trucking, warehouse, or team-lead experience preferred
