Lead AEO merchandising in Rocky View County as a full-time Team Leader, using coaching and visual standards to keep the store guest ready.
As the Store Team Leader's go-to, you develop and implement merchandising strategy while leading floorset execution, replenishment, and marketing standards. You drive sales through Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, analyze reporting and daily trends, and support business plans. You recruit, train, coach, and develop associates while building guest loyalty through AEO customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store merchandising strategy
- Coach teams on AEO Brand Visual Standards
- Lead floorset execution, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments
- Analyze reporting and trends to support strategic decisions
- Maintain guest-ready Fitting Rooms and Salesfloors
Requirements:
- Previous retail management team leadership experience
- Passion for AE and Aerie products
- Multitasking, attention to detail, and priority-setting skills
- Understanding of employment law and business acumen
- Flexible availability when guests shop
