As a Maintenance Worker at InnVest Hotels, you will report to the General Manager and play a vital role in maintaining hotel standards. This position requires expertise in preventative maintenance, painting, and emergency preparedness while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Guestroom Preventative Maintenance Checklists
- Perform minor repairs on hotel infrastructure
- Maintain hotel exterior including landscaping and snow removal
- Carry out checks and repairs on electrical systems
- Monitor and test fire alarm and safety systems
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience, hotel preferred
- High school diploma required
- Painting and plastering knowledge essential
- Valid Driver's License a must
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
