Train AI agents on expert-level fluid simulation tasks using CFD modeling and Python checks. Work fully remotely on your own schedule.
This freelance assignment suits Mechanical or Aerospace Engineers with several years of hands-on CFD experience. You will work with CAD geometry, OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS CFX, or STAR-CCM+, including meshing. The work focuses on creating verified reference solutions and evaluating agent results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take CAD geometry and set up fluid simulations
- Run simulations using established CFD software
- Build verified reference solutions for evaluation
- Write Python checks for agent results
- Train and evaluate AI agents on fluid tasks
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, energy, or oil and gas engineering
- Several years of hands-on industry or research CFD
- Experience with meshing and verification and validation practices
- Comfortable using Python and GitHub
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
