Key Responsibilities:
- Assess health and vaccination status for patients
- Administer vaccines such as influenza and herpes zoster
- Provide services related to hypertension and anticoagulant therapy
- Educate patients on device usage, like glucometers
- Collaborate with pharmacy team on service offerings
Requirements:
- Membership with Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec
- DCS or bachelor's degree in nursing
- Familiarity with Quebec's immunization protocol
- Expertise in travel health
- Passion for community service
